The company officially started production in May 2025 and owns its own industrial park, with three standardized workshops arranged in a matrix layout, covering a total area of 24,000 square meters. The modular design minimizes production line length and maximizes space utilization.
The plant is planned according to a "U-shaped lean production line": the raw material entrance, injection molding area and finished goods delivery form a closed loop, with highly automated production improving efficiency by 40%. Backed by the group's 20+ years of industry experience, the company works in close coordination with Dongguan Fengming Industrial (mold manufacturing), Fusong Plastics Industrial (precision injection molding), Dongguan Jiaming Precision Die Casting (aluminum and zinc alloy die casting) and Dongguan Kangming Optoelectronic Technology (optoelectronic technology), forming a complete collaborative manufacturing system, with a U.S. office serving customers across China, Vietnam and worldwide markets.
The company's injection molding fleet covers 50T-1100T mainstream machines from brands including Haitian, Sumitomo and Yizumi, meeting molding needs from precision structural parts to large housings. The mold workshop is equipped with Mori Seiki high-speed CNC, Sodick EDM, AgieCharmilles wire-cut machines and high-precision surface grinders, achieving machining accuracy up to 0.005mm. Metal insert molding and two-color molding capabilities are also available.
For quality control, the company is equipped with a Hexagon fully automatic coordinate measuring machine, 2D vision measuring machines, ROHS testers, constant temperature and humidity chambers, salt spray testers and other inspection equipment, and continuously implements the ISO9001 quality, ISO14001 environmental and ISO45001 occupational health & safety management systems to ensure stable and reliable product quality.
